Your passage through our mystical gates signifies complete acceptance of these provisions. Should any clause feel misaligned with your intentions, you must withdraw from the realm immediately.
2. Seeker Eligibility
Mythory reveals itself only to those who have completed their 18th year of life. This requirement stands absolute across all lands and jurisdictions. By entering our realm, you affirm having reached this threshold. We retain the right to request proof of age at any moment, and will seal the gates against any seeker unable to demonstrate eligibility.
3. Nature of the Realm
Mythory manifests as a social casino entertainment realm operating through mystical entertainment mechanisms. Our domain employs exclusively virtual currency possessing no earthly value. Seekers cannot obtain actual wealth, material treasures, or items of tangible worth through any activity within Mythory. All experiences exist purely for mystical entertainment.
4. Ethereal Assets
Any virtual currency, mystical credits, ethereal tokens, or enchanted items acquired within Mythory exist solely within our realm's boundaries. These mystical essences hold no earthly value and cannot transmute into real currency, exchange for physical goods or services, transfer to other seekers outside our domain, or manifest any value beyond entertainment purposes.
5. Code of Conduct
Seekers must conduct themselves with honor and respect while traversing Mythory. Forbidden actions include attempting to breach mystical barriers, exploiting vulnerabilities in the realm's fabric, employing automated constructs or spirits, engaging in disruptive or harmful conduct, or any behavior that diminishes the experience for other seekers. Violations result in immediate banishment from the realm.
6. Sacred Creations
All mystical elements within Mythory, encompassing enchantments, visual manifestations, written scrolls, auditory phenomena, moving images, sacred symbols, and gaming mechanisms, remain the eternal property of Mythory or our allied creators. Seekers receive only temporary permission for personal entertainment within the realm. Reproducing, altering, distributing, or commercially exploiting any realm elements is strictly forbidden.
7. Realm Accessibility
While we endeavor to maintain the realm's gates perpetually open, Mythory offers no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Mystical maintenance, enchantment upgrades, energy requirements, or unforeseen cosmic events may necessitate temporary realm closure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently close any aspect of the realm without advance warning and without obligation.
8. Absence of Guarantees
Mythory manifests "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of any nature, whether spoken or implied. We make no promises regarding reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability for specific purposes. Your journey through our realm occurs entirely at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent cosmic law permits, Mythory and all associated entities including realm keepers, allies, assistants, and partners bear no responsibility for consequences arising from realm exploration. This encompasses all forms of harm including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, and punitive damages, even if we were forewarned of such possibilities.
10. Gate Closure Rights
Mythory maintains absolute authority to seal our gates against any seeker at any moment, with or without cause or notice. Grounds for banishment include covenant violations, suspicious activities, or closure at our sole discretion. Banished seekers forfeit all ethereal assets and possess no claim to compensation or restoration.
11. Covenant Evolution
These Terms of Service may evolve as the realm grows and changes. Updated covenants will be inscribed upon this scroll with revised dates. Your continued presence within Mythory following covenant modifications signifies acceptance of the new provisions. Seekers bear responsibility for periodically reviewing these terms to remain aware of changes.
12. Governing Laws
These Terms of Service exist under the governance of applicable earthly laws and regulations. Disputes arising from these terms or realm exploration fall under appropriate legal jurisdiction. Seekers consent to judgment in designated forums for dispute resolution.
13. Severability Principle
Should any provision of these Terms of Service be deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such determination shall not corrupt the validity or enforceability of remaining provisions. Invalid clauses shall be modified to achieve the closest legally permissible approximation of original intent.
14. Complete Understanding
